Sadly, many (if not most) who have been brought up in the government schools are not readers, and will therefore, never see this.

How do we get people brought up in a media age to engage in this discussion?

Just a small clarification.

> One of the things I noticed after installing this Firefox add-on was that Lazarus
> even knew forms I had typed in before I even installed the add-on.

Unfortunately Lazarus is unable to recover any forms you may have written before it was installed. However, once installed, it should encrypt and save everything you type from then on.

Firefox has some built in session recovery and will recover some forms automatically in the case of a browser crash or restart. These forms should be automatically filled in when the browser is successfully restarted. It may have been this that restored your data.

Your short story was most enjoyable. If you find yourself needing "blog filler" between book reviews and you have another short story don't hesitate to post it. I would read it. Thanks again.

I think Pandora does a different job than RadioSure. It's an excellent service for sure, but it's still aimed at putting control in your hands to some degree. The point for me was to not be in total control of the experience. Also, no recording in Pandora, and you can't get talk radio or variety shows or a number of other specialty programming with Pandora. They simply do different jobs in my opinion. Thanks for the comments Garcia.

You could just use Pandora, the God of all internet radio sources.

Honestly; there is no other service that conforms the music you enjoy to your taste by a simple method of liking and disliking songs. The service finds similar traits throughout your music and starts suggesting more and more tracks.

It's free, but requires an account to remember your musical preferences.

find it at www.pandora.com and be amazed.

For this particular app, it's not all about the features. It's all just about the reliability here. Just trying to get the job done in the quickest and most effective way possible.

I have used this on Vista... so I'm just sure what you're talking about.
Unfortunately, I haven't experimented enough with Linux to know what kind of FTP apps might be out there.

... I think every single one of these features comes standard with any FTP surfer, no?

Plus, the whispertech FTP surfer doesn't work with Linux distros or Vista.....
